J.R. Jones Fixture Company specializes in producing high quality custom architectural millwork, casework and store fixtures. Our unique capabilities are diverse and continually expanding, driven by the knowledge and craftsmanship of key personnel, along with work-cell manufacturing technology and computerized fabrication equipment. Our hands-on design teams utilize highly advanced technologies, including CAD CAM systems, which enable us to build virtual prototypes and ensure high quality throughout the production process. With over 200,000 square feet of flexible manufacturing space, our capabilities support customer programs from original feasibility studies through prototyping, production and final installation.

Green Manufacturing

With a FSC certification, our green initiative is represented through

• Using blanket wrapping to reduce jobsite waste and packaging materials
• Recycling all waste products by outside sources including scrap lumber, plywood and office paper.
• Using low VOC finishing and adhesive products, we are constantly trying to reduce VOC impact
• Using products with an average or 65% recycled content. For the Target Field project we used over 91% of FSC Material
• Having installed new energy efficient T-5 light fixture throughout the facility
• Encouraging our craftsmen to produce as little waste as possible with the help of our state of the art equipment
